When properly seasoned, cast iron cookware lasts indefinitely and is a true non-stick cooking utensil with a finish that lasts a lifetime. Cast iron cookware has excellent heat retension for serving up dishes. Underliners are made of cabinet grade hardwood and stained and sealed with a food safe sealer and lacquer and are available for use with cast iron skillets and cast iron griddles. Custom stain colors are available. Our cast iron skillets, cast iron griddles and cast iron fry pans come in a variety of shapes and sizes. And, for your convenience, certain products in our cast iron skillet and cast iron griddle line can be ordered both with and without handles. Cast iron fry pans are offered in a supercast and naturalcast finish to fit your cooking and presentation needs.

Made of cast aluminum or stainless-clad aluminum, thermal serving platters are available in a variety of shapes and sizes. You can choose from oval and round serving platters or serve up a seafood dish on your choice of shell and fish design serving platters. Matching underliners help retain temperature and make handling your thermal servings platters easy. Cook and Serve Skillets are made of cast iron and have excellent heat retention. Matching holders help retain heat and also make handling easy.

To retain color and finish on cast aluminum products, DO NOT put in automatic dishwasher. Highly concentrated detergent compounds darken all aluminum.
For easy cleaning, use metal wool soap filled pads.
Finish Definition:
 
Frosty:
As cast, dull finish.
Burnished:
Similar to frosty but ball burnished for rich shiny finish.
Stainless-Clad:
Stainless steel top surface bonded to an aluminum base.
